“ Lovely country pub with great food. Dog friendly throughout the pub which is great, if you've been out walking in the area. Good atmosphere and great service from staff. Good selection on the menu. Would definitely recommend coming here. I love local, never stayed in room so I can't comment on them. ”

“ We hired a room for an event which included an outside area. Everything we needed was catered for, and use of the small outside area really made a difference as it was a sunny day. The room itself had plenty of seating and had a lovely atmosphere. On a cold day, there is a firepit with ample seating in the courtyard. The grounds amazing!! We enjoyed the pub and had drinks out on the lawn. They are beautiful fire pits and our whole day was just amazing! We had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant along with a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I cannot say enough about this place! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful! ”
